  • Free shipping is valid on all orders $100 and over.
  • Promotions and discounts will be applied at checkout.
  • All orders are shipped FedEx Ground. Delivery lead times vary, most orders ship within 5 business days after the order is placed. Customers will receive an email notification providing tracking information when orders ship.

Where does RCBS Ship? 

We currently ship everywhere in the U.S., including Alaska and Hawaii. We currently do not ship internationally for orders placed online. Our goal is to bring RCBS products to more locations around the world.

How much does shipping costs?

We offer FREE ground on all orders $100 and over shipping to the contiguous U.S. For orders less than $100, a flat shipping rate of $9.99 will be applied.
Live in Hawaii or Alaska? We have you covered too. A flat rate of $20 will be applied.
 

Orders

  • Consumer inquiries – Business hours for >customer support are 7am - 4pm Pacific Time. Inquiries will have a response within 24 hours Monday-Thursday.
  • Returns – We are committed to your 100% satisfaction. If you must return a product, then check out our returns section for instructions.
  • Product delivery/receipt – Consumers will receive an email notification of receipt of order within 24 hours of order being placed.
  • Product that is available at time of purchase is reserved when checkout is successfully completed; future out-of-stock status on the website does not affect previously reserved product in submitted orders.
  • Cancellation Policy: Requests for order cancellations can be submitted using the Contact Us form, “orders” category.  If the order has already entered the shipping process, cancellation of the order will be accommodated at the discretion of RCBS.

When will my order ship / arrive?

Here’s our shipping routine:

  1. You place an order online at RCBS.com, then our team processes your order and sends to our warehouse to prepare for shipping.
  2. Shipments are processed and shipped out Monday – Thursday.
  3. A shipping notification will be sent the email address you provided at checkout. Expect this email to be in your inbox as soon as your order is on its way from our warehouse. Tracking information will be included so you can follow your package all the way to your home.

FREE Ground Shipping: You can expect your order to arrive within 7-10 business days, depending on your location.

 

Payment FAQ

  1. What company name will appear as a transaction on my card?
    "RCBS Anoka US" will be the name of the transaction.
  2. Why is the credit card amount shown on my card different than the total on my confirmation?
    Upon receipt of an order, you will receive an order acknowledgment with an estimated sales tax as well as an additional $3.00 as part of the initial credit card authorization. Upon acceptance of the order into our financial system, the estimated tax and authorization will be adjusted to the actual tax, and the charge will be revised accordingly.
  3. Do you accept Visa/MC gift cards?
    We do accept gift cards, but for security measures, some gift card sellers require the recipient to activate the card before it can be used. Though stores often activate gift cards at the cash register, online gift card sellers generally require the recipient to activate the card once it is received in the mail or via email. If your gift card does not work online, check to see if it needs to be registered before use. Registration usually involves linking a name and billing address to the prepaid card. Though you generally are not required to register a gift card in order to use it in stores or restaurants, the process is important if you intend to use the gift card online.

Does RCBS offer expedited shipping?

We currently do not offer expedited shipping..

What about shipping to P.O. boxes?

Shipping is not available to P.O. Boxes, International, or APO/FPO addresses.
